At our driving school you will feel your loved one in good hand (Safety comes first). Our Driver trainer accredited with the Queensland department of transport and is in possession of a valid blue card to work with minors. By using our website and services you are agree to the term and condition of our driving school.

– Clients must bring valid licence to start driving lesson (No licence no lesson)

– If the instructor feels you are not fit to drive because of alcohol and drugs then your lesson will be terminated and no refund for that.

-Log book is the responsibility of learners but we always there to help for setting up (You need to remember to turn on your app before lesson start).

Our Driving School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson via phone, email or text, if necessary, because of unforeseen circumstances or dangerous weather condition.

-If student fails or refuses to pay for the booked lesson or packages deal then the student’s legal guardian shall be liable for such payment.

Our Driving School reserve the right to change packages and lesson price any time but new price won’t affect to previous booking.

– If you want to use your car during the practice time then it is your responsibility to ensure that vehicle complies with all the requirements.

      a) vehicle should have current valid registration and insurance.

       b) Vehicle need to be mechanically in good condition.

* We have zero tolerance for abusive or violent behavior. We reserve the right to terminate your lesson at any time without refund in that case.

* All the information provided to our driving school will remain confidential. We will not divulge such information to any other third party without your permission.

* We are always with you but don’t have any control on the outcomes of your test result.

     Reschedule and Cancelation 

* If you cancel your lesson with less than 24 hours notice and is a prepaid lesson then the full lesson fee shall be forfeited.

* Your lesson may reschedule without extra fee if you give us 24 hours earlier notice.

* Full Payment must be done before your first lesson start. Classes will not start until the payment is finalized.

*If the payment is not being completed then Our Driving School reserves the right to invoice the student or their legal guardian for the full lesson fee.

* If you are not in pick up address/zone or doing no-show then full lesson fee will be forfeited or invoiced.

* We do not accept any responsibility for personal items left inside our vehicle.
